Frank Chube
Managing Partner

Frank Chube is an innovative and versatile marketing professional with extensive experience identifying and assessing business opportunities, creating and launching new products, establishing sales channels, managing staff, and generating revenue in technology and non-profit environments.  He has broad, hands-on expertise with marketing, business development, sales, project management in implementing new operational processes.  He “builds value" for organizations and investors by turning ideas into commercial realities (new products, new lines of business).   Frank earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola of the South and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
Lauren Alexander
Community and External Relations
Lauren Alexander is a business development leader with extensive ties to the Atlanta community.  In addition to leading Ayden Consulting Group, a business management consultancy that focuses on growth and process improvement for area businesses and not-for-profit enterprises, Lauren is active in numerous civic organizations, particularly those working on behalf of children. She is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Quality Care for Children, and active in the Atlanta Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. 
Jeffrey Mason
Indoor Farming Technology
Jeff Mason is the co-founder and President of Integrated Facility Services, a manufacturing and process engineering consultancy now in its 25th year. His specialty is assisting companies on key capital and process engineering decisions, particularly in the analysis, design and construction of large production facilities. Clients include New Seasons Foods, Nike Inc., Intel Corporation, Organically Grown, Americold, Dave’s Killer Bread Flavorland, Kettle Foods, Stash Tea, Widmer Brewing and Seattle Coffee Company. He served on the Oregon State University Advisory Board for Mechanical Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering for 15 years.

Shana Moore

Farm Operations
Shana Moore is a recognized expert in planning for consumer goods and merchandise.  She has worked as a senior brand management for The Home Depot, The Gap, Lane Bryant, and Belk Department Stores. She has extensive experience as a Fortune 500 merchandise planner and brings to Yapa Harvest key skills for developing financial forecasts and tools that focus on driving sales, maximizing margins, and optimizing inventory.
